I’m new at this blog business.  A few years back I had a “forced retirement”, in other words I lost my job.  It came at a bad time as we were just in the process of building a new house.  I still had my trading, but it is a bad idea to have to rely on trading income.  It tends to lead to bad decisions – like thinking one has to trade for the income rather than because there is a good trade to do. 

One day in town I saw one of the buses with a sign on the back, “can you see yourself driving this bus?”  I have had a heavy trade licence since I was 18 so I applied.  They were short of drivers and within 2 weeks I was on the drivers course.  That was almost 2 years ago.

Now onto the next stage.  My aim is to replace my income and that of my wife from the internet by the time I’m 65.

This blog will document that journey, as well as comment on the markets, which is now my hobby.
